2. Services
OnlyCaption provides human-verified captioning, transcription, translation, and audio description services. We guarantee 99.9% accuracy on files with clear audio.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights and ownership of your content. By uploading content to OnlyCaption, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and use the content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
We do not claim ownership of any content you submit. We will not share, sell, or distribute your content to third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.
4. Payment & Refunds
Fees for our services are described in your custom quote. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the accuracy of our work, please contact us within 14 days. We will re-do the work at no additional cost.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OnlyCaption, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
